Create a Profile Display Name in iMessage on iPad and iPhone
- First, Launch Messages on your iPad or iPhone.
- Tap the More icon which is on the top left.
- Select Edit Name and Photo.
- Switch on Name & Photo Sharing.
- Then Click Name to edit, write your name as per your choice in the text field, and then click the Done button.

- Now select Messages.

- Click the Share Automatically dropdown and Select one of the following:
- Always Ask: If you want to always be asked if you want to show your name and photo every time you send a text message, select “Always ask.”
- Contacts Only: Everyone who is in your Contacts will appear automatically display your name and photo when you send a message. To do this, you need to select “Contacts only”
